SANTHI ACADEMY
School of nursing
After joining the IWTO group of institutions in 2000, Santhi School of Nursing is affiliated to Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council and Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. The team includes 8 faculty members, the principal and vice-principal. Each batch has 30 new intakes. The course duration is 3 years. Santhi School of nursing was established with an aim to remedy the scarcity of healthcare workers in the region and as a solution to women unemployment.
College of nursing
The Santhi College of Nursing established in 2011 is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). Each batch has 50 intakes. The college is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
The Santhi College of Nursing equips students to be professional nurses who will be leaders in their field in terms of knowledge and competence. Moreover, the institution strives to foster them into professionals with empathy and commitment. For the same, the students are provided with quality-focused and value-based education, practice, research, innovation and collaboration.
School of vocational education
Analysing that our higher education should be aligned with the emerging needs of the economy, Government of India issued a notification for a National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF). Under the framework, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), The University Grants Commission (UGC) had launched a scheme for skill development as a part of higher education. This is how the Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) degree came into being. B.Voc. is a three year Undergraduate (UG) program that imparts practical and industry relevant skills in each respective field. B.Voc. shapes employable graduates.
It was in 2018, Santhi Academy started the School of Vocational Education. The school was founded under the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Till now, the institution has successfully graduated 31 students and all of them are working in different healthcare institutions.
Santhi Academy incorporates Lingaya Vidyapeeth University, Haryana and Tata Institute of Vocational Education (TISS) to provide skill based vocational training programs in the following courses:-
B.Voc. Dialysis technology,
B.Voc. Medical lab technology,
B.Voc. Medical imaging technology,
B.Voc. Hospital sterilization technology

Established in 2023 under the stewardship of the Islamic Welfare Trust, Omassery, Santhi Institute of Allied Health Sciences is dedicated to delivering excellence in allied medical education. Clinical Training Excellence
Students receive hands-on training at our parent institution, Santhi Hospital, Omassery, a multi-specialty facility founded in 1989. With over 300 beds and departments across various specialties and super-specialties, the hospital serves as a robust platform for real-world clinical exposure and practical experience.

- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) Duration: 4 years.
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) Duration: 2 years.
- Diploma in Radiological Technology (DRT) Duration: 2 years.
- Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistance (DOA) Duration: 2 years.
- Diploma in Operation Theatre & Anesthesia Technology (DOTAT) Duration:2 years + 6-month internship.
- Diploma in Cardio Vascular Technology (DCVT) Duration: 2 years.
- Diploma in Dialysis Technology (DDT) Duration: 2 years (inclusive of 1-year internship).
