Islamic Welfare Trust Omassery (IWTO) is a multifaceted charitable organization, founded in the year 1979 with the intention of uplifting socially and economically backward communities through extending educational, social, cultural and health services.

IWT has now become a ray of hope for people across the length and breadth of Kerala. From humble beginnings, today it has under its wings, several institutions and social welfare programs that are serving the community across the span of every religious and socio-economic spectrum. The various social welfare services rendered by the trust have come a long way. Many projects have been undertaken and satisfactorily implemented during these 40 years.
